Movement

internal gears and tolerances

The head roates almost a full 360 degrees. The internal gear system allows arms and legs to be posable. However, the weight of the guns can cause the arms to fall to a resting position (Figure A). Depending on how new the parts are, the gear system did hold at 22.5 degrees (Figure B) but over time will likely fall back to a resting position (Figure A). However, a 1 x 1 round plate can be used as a stop block to hold the arms in multiple positions. The stop block can easily hold the guns into a weapons free position (Figure C).
