Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with no surprises. Here’s how we handle shipping:

Processing Time

  • In-stock orders ship the next business day.

  • Pre-orders ship later (see “Pre-Orders” below).

Where We Ship

  • We ship within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia.

  • We do not ship to South America or certain Asian countries.

Carriers We Use

  • United States: USPS or UPS (we choose the most cost-effective option).

  • International: Shipped via Pirate Ship, which partners with USPS and overseas carriers.

Shipping Rates

  • U.S. Orders: Vary by carriers (USPS, UPS) includes tracking + insurance.

  • Canada: Flat rate $23.99 Economy Shipping.

  • United Kingdom & European Union: Flat rate $29.99 Economy Shipping.

  • Australia: Flat rate $29.99 Economy Shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout, cost varies.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • U.S. Orders: 3–6 business days.

  • International Orders: 2–3 weeks (sometimes longer due to customs).

Tracking & Insurance

  • All standard orders include tracking.

  • Packages are insured for their full value.

  • Exception: Orders containing custom printed parts for digital downloads are shipped via letter envelope and do not include tracking.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs, or carrier delays.

  • Once your package leaves our hands, we’ll help with lost/damaged claims but can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Contact us if something goes wrong — since all shipments are insured, we’ll work with the carrier to replace or refund your order.

Pre-Orders

Some items are crowdfunded and work differently:

  • A minimum number of pre-orders must be reached before production begins.

  • Once funded, production takes 4–6 weeks, plus about 3 weeks to arrive at our studio.

  • Pre-orders are then shipped in the order they were received.

  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
